If you are in the sudo group you can restart the nagios by logging into 74.115.157.35 with an ssh session using your username and password.
at the prompt type 'sudo service nagios restart' 'su - username' and hit enter. Enter your password when prompted. If you don't get an error message, you have super user privileges. At this point, type 'service nagios restart'. Nagios service will stop and start. Type 'exit' and you are out of the server. super user mode.
